  • Return & Refund Policy
    Within 30 days after receiving your order, we offer a no-hassle exchange (replacement) and refund policy. But if the manufacturer defect is not found, buyer must be responsible for the entire cost for the shipment.
     

  • Warranty & After Sale Services
    We provide after-sales service and warranty policy up to 12 months from the purchase date of the item. We are only responsible for the defects caused by the manufactures. The after-sales service and warranty policy only covers the labor charges, therefore; you will be liable for any parts, shipping charges or other costs incurred by us when repairing the defective items.
    The after-sale service and warranty policy does not cover for the following damages: cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. We will examine the actual causes of the damages and make an ultimate decision. All requested services are subject to final approval by POS GmbH.
    The after-sale service and warranty policy is given to the original buyer. It becomes invalid when the product is sold to others.
